For some reason when I try to rearrange icons in the favorites tab it creates duplicate icons. Anyone know if there is a fix, other than battery pull. It gets very annoying when I have to do a battery pull for every minor issue.

Are you talking about the fact that the icon shows in "all" and in favorites?

If that is the situation, you can mark an icon as a favorite, then move it to a folder like applications and it will not be in the "all" screen but will still show on your favorite page.

I am talking about having 2 of the same app icon under the favorites tab when I select to move it to a different spot in the favorites tab.

I select an app as a favorite
In the favorite tab I move app to the top row
App is moved but then a duplicate of that same app I just moved appears

That is very weird sounding. I would recommend doing a back up of all your data via desktop manager and trying to see if you have any updates or reload your software if the battery pulls didn't work.
