Dropped my phone last night. Everything works except the external speaker. So I have no ringtone or sound for media. Headphones work, sound in ear piece on phone works with voicemail, phone works, but no speaker phone. Any ideas what may be wrong? Of course it's an unlocked one I purchased off Ebay, so it is not a simple return to my provider outlet. Phone is 2 months old. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Well seems like your phone sustained physical damage from dropping your phone which in itself could lead to a number of problems. Your best bet is to bring it into a cellphone repair shop somewhere since any warranty on the phone is now void from dropping it. If you are prone to dropping your Torch..just get a solid case (although I like mine naked).
