1. Battery Pull your device, reboot your PC and try again.
2. If that doesnt work try deleting the Intellisync folder in: C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Intellisync
or possibly in: C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Intellisync
depending on your PC OS.
3. If none of this works try uninstalling/reinstalling DM
