I'm having an issue on my 9800 where messages are not showing up in my Message Inbox. I get a notification that there are new messages, but they don't show up. What's weird is that every once in a while, I do see them, but I can't determine a pattern. I've even had the device swapped out (due to a hardware problem) and the problem persists. I checked my options and my BES account, SMS and Visual Voicemail are set to appear there. If I use the BB button to select the inbox folder, then they appear, but not by default. Am I missing something?
