Ok so I have an unlocked torch. I entered all the settings, resent the service books, and even got uma working. But my browser does not work without wifi or uma. It doesnt work on edge. My emails come through which I find odd. Every time I go on browser it says something like your data plan doesnt support this or something. But I double checked with t mobile and they confirmed I have a bb data plan. This is really frustrating, I even wiped my phone several times, upgraded it, downgraded it, upgraded again, went through all the settings multiple times. So I have no idea whats going on.
