Hi.

My login screen to adjust my email settings, where i need to input my username and password is glitching. I have my whole email username in the field, and the application is telling me that usernames have to be at least 4 characters long. It is.

My username and password work on the BB website, so I'm certain the combo is correct.

Has anyone run into this before?
