- First of all...when I used my DM to sync from my 9700 to my 9800, all of the email accts I had on the Bold moved to the Torch, how do I delete them? More specifically, my Tmo BB account now appears on my AT&T Torch, but it obviously isn't working. I'm not seeing how to get rid of it tho???
More importantly though: My email messages are showing up in my messages folder, but not under the icon for that particular email account. I had 3 email accounts on my 9700 and none of them appeared in the messages folder. I'm not seeing how to set this up on the Torch? Well, I think I am, but I'm not getting it to work properly? That and on the Bold, I got the option to delete on mailbox and handheld, or just handheld - I'm not getting that option now???08-16-10 04:43 AMLike 0 - I got the emails in the main message folder issue resolved... but I'm still unable to get rid of old email accounts that sync'd over from my 9700. I did a complete wipe and tried to pick/chose what sync'd over, but the old email accounts are still popping up on the 9800. I need them gone - help!! lol08-16-10 01:38 PMLike 0
- Can you not go into the Email Settings and delete the unwanted accounts? Keep in mind I'm not talking about the options screen, but the actual email settings application.
On my Storm with OS 5.0, it's under the "setup" folder.08-16-10 01:54 PMLike 0 - On a computer, go to this site:
https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=mycingular
If you do not have an account, create one. This website lets you manage your email on your blackberry (ONLY IF YOU'RE USING AT&T!!!!). Delete ALL email accounts.
Then on your blackberry device, run the email set-up wizard and create new accounts for the email addresses you want.08-16-10 02:09 PMLike 0
