Does the Torch come with a version of Documents to Go? I cant find a mention of it on their website. I have it on my Bold and for me it is a killer app, gotta have it, but i want to upgrade to the Torch!
I had all 3 plus pdf program and I bought the pro version for my 9700. When I upgraded to the Torch, I easily installed it again and put in my registrations code. It works great with no issues.
Well, I guess I got a defective OS 141 & 161 since neither have Doc to Go. I even loaded it from my 9000 but it says the version is incompatable. I'm a gonna haf ta talk to someone about this.

Good luck. i have just been all thru the Documents to Go website trying to find a way to contact their tech support. they have a Fourm, and I joined but i cant post anything.
Interesting - I used Switch Device Wizzard for data only and not apps, as I was worried about other incompatibilities. So now I will have to wait for Dataviz to get their act together so I can download it. Thanks.

Update, when switching devices it did recognize my Pro version. I went to the Dataviz website, My account, and sent myself an email for DL. The version on the Torch is newer. I also got a link to PDF to go and installed that. Works fine except the font is hideously pixelated on the Torch.
I had the Pro version of Docs To Go on my 9000. When I did the device switch to my 9800 the registration information imported into the 9800 and Word, Excel, Slideshow and PDF all worked flawlessly.
I replaced my original 9800 two days after I got it because of the slider wiggle issue and I'm happy to say the switch device process worked flawlessly on this unit as well.
One note: PDF will not completely load until you first open Word. Seems opening that app first registers the info need for PDF to work.
i updated to .161 and i lost docs to go.. ; < i think it's all the junk i have in my apps list and when i uncheck all the docs to go related apps except the main DOCS TO GO.. it deleted it all

Resolved, I found the .alx file in my loader files and installed from there. Now I gotta figure out, since I have a new registration number now, how to get my .pdf back from the Premium version I purchased last year.
