    Is there any way to disable the touchscreen on the 9800?

    When? There's a proximity sensor that disables the screen during a call when held up to your ear.

    Did you need something else?

    Disable ot for good, I mean if I wanna just use the trackpad and keyboard, is there any way to like disable or enable it?

    Yes, open phone, disconnect digitizer from lcd, although this will turn off sensor. So u have to have some pins touching
