    Hi all, long time lurker, 1st time poster.
    Here's my situation, bought me a nice shiny Z30 today and so I'm passing my Torch 9800 along to my son.
    I'm trying to get rid of a lot of useless things a 12 year old won't want on his "new" phone. I am hung up on how to delete my yahoomail
    account from my phone. This is also causing a conflict while trying to set up BBM on the Torch. It keeps telling me that my Blackberry
    ID is already in use, which it is on my Z30.
    Help!!

    Lucky kid!

    I would security wipe the Torch so that it is a fresh start. Then you can add what you want to it.
    As for BBID, you will have to get him a new separate one than your own, which means, he will need an email address.

    Security wipe worked, new BBID set up with my sons email, all is good!
