Opera 6.5 is now available. I downloaded it today and it is very snappy and uses less data than the stock browser.

Dunno any reason to use another browser, honestly, bb 6 browser rocks and, if u add another one it consumed more memory so.... Just saying, the default browser works perfectly, its really fast and easy to use...

The best feature is that when u use the pinch to zoom feature the text of the web page actually modifies to fit the screen

But I believe you cannot change the default browser to 3rd party browser.

It's one of the reason I prefer to stick with the stock browser. Don't want to keep opening things in 2 different places.

Sometimes sites you want up will not open in the "Desktop" view, but will force to a mobile or mobile optimized view. Hence the reason for a second browser. In those cases, Bolt is the best browser, as many times Opera too defaults to a mobile view.
