I own a Sennheiser Earphone Model #EZX-60 and it doesn't appear to be compatibile with the BB Torch 9800 for applications other than the phone. I have tried to check online for information relating to it's compatibility but to no avail.....mute is the word on compatibility. I can only assume that it isn't compatibile other than with the phone....unless I should be doing something to activate the audio to connect to other software. It works perfectly well for the phone.....just nothing else! Can anyone help?
