So I had a bold 9700 and I sold it, before I did it I did a complete wipe of the device, and none of my info was showing up on it anymore. Anyways my question is if my old pin still appears on all of the contacts I had before? Or did I also get deleted from their contacts list? I need to know if they could still send messages and receive updates from the new owner? Thanks and sorry for the long post.

The new owner can't send them messages because he/she doesn't have their pins anymore because you wiped them.

Deleting BBM contacts on your end, deletes your contact on their end as well. So you should be ok on both counts
