When I sync my Torch with Outlook. Sometimes, not always, it adds an appointment to my phone and deletes it from my computer. The same think sometimes happens to tasks. I have reloaded the software. It puts two appts that are the same time on my phone and deletes them on the computer some times. The settings are to sync both ways.
