    I switched carriers today and can no longer access data over the cell network. I installed the new Koodo SIM for my 9800 and unlocked the phone. Everything works fine except for the data. I get an error message that I don't have a data plan. I do have a data plan so I thought they didn't set it up properly. I went back to Koodo, they checked the SIM on an Android phone and was able to use the browser. They say the problem is with the phone.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for your help. I thought that was the problem. The Koodo rep was not trained properly. Another rep was able to help me get my account sorted out.
