Cursor on the screen moving unconsciously. Is this a common probleme?

Are you passing over it at all? The sensor doesn't require an actual touch to move.

I got the phone a week ago and I have this issue where the cursor will move up on its own without any input. It doesn't happen all the time and can't really predict if there is anything that triggers it. There was a thread and I found 2 other people with the same issue but other than that it seems to be a pretty rare problem. I'll be exchanging my phone for a new one.
