Flat out doesn't work on my 3 day old Torch. Changed the assignment, tapped it, held it down, read it a story.....nothing. Anyone else have this going on or did I just get dealt a lemon?
just checked mine, which I had reset on the first day from default camera to messages......same is back on camera and cannot access control from Setup.....hmmmmm
It may sound like a no brainer but i ran into this issue as well and it may be just that you rjust not pressing it down all the way. Since by default it is the camera button it has that half click to focus the camera and then all the way down to take the picture.
I found when i changed the convenience key to something else it was not working until i realized that i was only pressing the button half way down.
Although with all the other problems i have been having with mine i would not be surprised at all if your key just dont work.
