Is there a way to have the convenience key linked to the home screen? It isn't one of the listed choices. I just want a quick single touch to take me to the home screen.

....I'm a new Blackberry user. I have many many years experience with Windows Mobile, Android, and Windows Phone. This is my first Blackberry so there is a bit of a learning curve for me.

OMG! I knew there had to be an easy way to do this. Just not one that was so easy it made me look like such an newb!

Though that works, the issue is that if you are on a call and you want to 'conveniently' switch to the home screen to go to another app, you will hang up on the person. In prior models and software it was an option and have no idea why they would remove it.

It still does. You hit the "back" key and it asks of you want to continue the call and go to the home screen.

You can also hit the BB key and switch to an app running in the background.
