Seen that before on a 9800. You need to download and then install an OS on your PC before you can find it. Whether you have a 32bit or 64bit PC system also makes a difference. With 32bit it would start Program Files, with 64bit Program Files (x86).

You'll need to start with the battery out. Hope you have a recent backup to restore, because you'll never backup what's on there just before the loop issue.

What Apps did you load just before this looping started?

Same thing happened to me, after I installed the BRIDGE. Does anyone know to make him go?

    Default continuosly rebooting

Download BBSAK (blackberry swiss army knife) its free. Then download and install a BBOS. Plug your phone into the computer and let it start the reboot. Run BBSAK, it will see the phone and show your pin. Do a wipe then load the OS. Worked for me when my 9800 pulled this took less then an hour to do. Bad part is you lose everything and have to reload APPS and contacts if you have no backups. You can try to backup on BBSAK before the wipe but you will also be backing up the app that caused the problem in the first place. Worth a try though.
