probably not. the phones OS/software probably wont be able to handle the hardware change even if you were able to do it.

best and cheapest bet is to just find a different phone with the proper bands you need.

Also, I don't think changing the antenna will do anything. It's the chips and frequency clocks on the phone's main board that determine what bands it locks on to. That's a bit beyond opening the thing and swapping out parts.

Antenna has nothing to do with it. That'd be like trying to change the antenna on your radio to receive TV. Two totally different kinds of receivers.
