can't upgrade to newest leaked OS for torch 9800

I just downloaded the newest leaked OS for torch 9800 6.0.0.723 and I'm trying to upgrade from 6.0.0.600, I installed it like I always do I delete vendor.xml and startup desktop manager, plug in the phone and nothing happens, I've installed all the leaked OS the exact same way and now for some reason it won't work now.

try searching for vendor.xml there might be more in your pc. did u try running the loader.exe instead?

I tried using loader.exe and it still won't bring up the new OS, and I searched for any remaining vendor.xml on my cpu and I can't find any

I had to do a battery pull for the DM to register the new operating system. This one is also an official OS, not leaked.

i used BBSAK to load it ....DM didn't even recognize it.....
