can't upgrade carbon fiber theme

at long last I found worthy of theme that will satisfy my desire ...but then I'm stuck with Trial version.

Twice I sent message to the developer but no reply to date; which is so sad!

Whenever I try to purchase through apps world it resulted with price: N/A (by being upgrade I guess).

I am willing to pay and in fact I am trying to pay $2.99 through phone (resulted an error:

) and through Apps World (Resulted an error as well as per below:-
