Hi everyone;

I can't take screen shot on my BB 9800 (6.0.0.450), I tried zonesnap,capture it and screenshot (from App world), every options ok but when I use the applications, They are taking white screen. What is the problem you think ?

i had this issue for a quick bit...
i would try
a: hard reset aka battery pull ( always pull the batt after installing something)
b: if still no success, reinstall the app could work...

thanks for answer but I tried every thing, I wiped the BB and reinstall the applications, and the same
I use BBSAK wipe and I ınstall the OS again but same again, the applications take only white screen

Try taking one with BBSAK maybe, requires hooking the phone up to the PC.

Since wiping didn't work, have you checked application permissions?
