Can't seem to update?

Hi wondering if anyone could help me im trying to update my torch onto the newest .706 OS (from the sticky thread at the top of this forum, im on .600 atm) ive tried to update through blackberry desktop manager and bbsak yet everytime i select the new OS and try to install it says " no actions are required " and doesnt install the new OS, anyone know what i could do to install it? thanks

i have had this same issue with my 9800 running the same version .600... .706 simply will not load on it for me...this is a first for me
