Cant get tmobile internet to work on my unlocked torch 9800

I just got my torch and i just started service with tmobile. i added the blackberry data to my plan. everything on my phone like facebook my email account and all that works great! but my browser does not work it says browsing over the cellular network is not included as part of your current service plan. to browse the web you must use wi-fi or contact your service provider. i contacted tmobile and they walked me thru all the settings they could to fix the problem but it still doesnt work can anyone help me please im going crazy i tried downloading crackutil but when i start it up it says file access was denied so i dont know what to do HELP!!!!!

Well, you need to provide more details if possible on what T-Mobile did. Did they resend the service books? Are you *ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN* it's a Blackberry Data Plan?

Did you set up email thought BIS or some other method?

I have a 9800 on T-Moblie. I've had this account over 2 years and switched to the 9800 about 2 months ago. Mine works fine.

i dont think they resent the service books they didnt say they did anyways just had me make sure my data was on and had me chnge my apn to epc.tmobile.com they had me go to host routing table and click on register now and then they had me restart my device and that was about it. yes im 100% positive its the blackberry data plan

i set up my email thru the icon on the phone that says email account which did not work til i set up blackberry data on my phone nothing worked but talk and text til i had them add blackberry data once i did that i could set up my email and access the app world
