Can't get into e-mail setup
I recently upgraded my Torch 9800 software to bundle OS 6.0 bundle 2647.
Now I cannot access the e-mail setup app. It just hangs and when I select exit the phone freezes.
I have had the service books resent by Rogers and I get all the emails I just cant access the setup on the phone.
I would like to make some changes to the e-mail setting.

I had the same issue.
Get online with your pc and get the service books resent.
You will have delete all the serviced books from your EXCEPT ANY THAT SAY PROVISIONING first.
Once I did this I was up and running again in a minute.
If you cannot get access to your BIS from a pc then ring your carrier and get them to send them to your phone.
