    Does anyone else have this problem?

    I went into settings, selected Save, to change to sort by last name.

    It would not save this setting.

    How did you get your data onto your phone? I did a backup from my 8310 and restore to my 9800.

    I'm using BES. I didn't transfer anything from my old phone.

    Goto Options, typing and input, languages, change �Global name display� to last, first.
    Note � This will also change email �from� display to last, first.
