I need help. Ever since I purchased my torch and upgraded to MS 2010 I have never been able to sync. When I try to configure settings, I always get a "Unexpected error" message and it freezes. Does anyone have any ideas that may help me. I am faithful Blackberry but am getting frustrated that I cannot use it to it's full capabilities.

I have the same issue using Windows 7 64 bit with Outlook 2010 64 bit. I cannot sync my Torch with Outlook 2010 64 Bit through the latest DM 601_b021_multilanguage. Outlook doesn't even show as a desktop application.
