I want to know if I can have 2 different time for alarm, so far the alarm can only have 1 time

...don't think so, that's where an app like BB Smart Alarms comes in...

You can only have 1 alarm set up at time. You can try 3rd party programs that will allow you to have more than one alarm times.
If you don't feel like spending money you can try this, it was posted in the blogs.

Use calendar....

"Yester18 is Right" you can use your calendar and can set as many Alarms as you wish!
