I used to have my initial view when opening calendar set to be month (Curve).

I am trying to do that on my Torch. I make the change and save, but when I close and re-open the calendar, it goes to the default "day" view.

Is this a glitch or am I missing something?

I think that might be a known glitch. I seem to remember having the same problem. Try changing some other options along with default view and see if it sticks.
