found this when I was looking up the 9800. I love this phone and I cant wait to get it. But since its not our yet, I could understand how you could buy one now. I hope that you guys can help. Im due for an upgrade which is why I haven't paid the $600 yet.

They always offer the pre-order but their price really isn't any better than getting it at AT&T or Best Buy for full price. If you are eligible for the upgrade, Best Buy usually has the instant rebate.

They WILL eventually get you a device, but no sooner BUT possibly later than ATT would.
