I've seen many comments about the Torch's new browser not being as fast as iP4 or Android's. I haven't noticed much of a problem on WiFi when compared to my iPod Touch. The Torch can only use HSPA and doesn't have the ability to surf at HSPA+ speeds like the iP4 and Captivate.
Does the iP4 and Android browser perform better on WiFi as well or is the performance gap with the Torch just due to the 3G speed limitation it has compared to the others?
