    For the past day, I haven't been able to use my browser. I go to the homepage and it says "requesting" but then it doesn't load and says it's a network error? I don't know how to go about fixing this issue.

    Do you have 3G or EDGE? if edge, is it upper or lower case? if 3G do you have the BB dots symbol displayed?

    Try resending your Service Book by going to Options, Device, Advanced System Settings, Hpst Routing Table, press Menu and select Register Now.

    I have EDGE. [as in upper case]

    I sent a message about registering; do I have to reboot and hopefully it will work then?

    Did you get a message back saying your handheld has been registered with the network ?

    A battery pull after registering wouldn't hurt. I mean an actual physical battery pull, wait 30 seconds and stick it back in. let us know how it goes.
