Default Bluetooth will not work-Torch 9800

Suddenly my blue tooth will not work (like when I turned my phone off it worked and then I turned my phone on and it doesn't. Tried the following: Turn on from the blue tooth connections - turned to "on" from the drop down menu but it will not remain; turned blue tooth on via manage connections. Every time I turn it on...automatically it turns off. I have restored my phone---nothing! Can anyone help?????

"Suddenly"? What happened? Did you drop it, get it wet, install an application recently?

oh and in case I get a reply like the one above me, like the other person, I have done nothing to make this happen in fact my phone had to be sent off because of a different problem and they couldnt fix it so they sent me a new one, I have only had it a week or so and nothing has happened to cause it any damage.
