A Rogers dealer and others have indicated that the bluetooth connectivity with HS-500 and the Torch 9800 is a firmware issue that requires an OEM update that isn't expected to come. I've tried numerous times to pair and it just doesn't work.
Can
a) anyone provide more troubleshooting tips to resolve this issue?
b) know if that firmware update for OS6 will actually appear now that OS7 has been releases ONLY on new products?
