Well being the Torch was designed by RIM for Att you'll have to talk to one of them. I'm sure Tmobile wants it, but it sounds like Att wanted them not to have it.

I would have to agree. You will need to buy it and unlock to use on TMO.

No, you will only get EDGE on Tmobile with a Torch. No way around it...
