I have a blackberry torch 9800 for a few mounths and I don't know what's goin' on with him! When I bought it everything was okay but then I transfer some applications from blackberry world and suddenly... puff. Sometimes he works, sometimes he don't. I turn him on and everything's looks okay but the qwerty and the joystick doesn't work and it's like my phone is not working! I've tried to update, reset, hard reset, 507 error and nothing worked!

Please, can anyone help me?

So you have actually updated it successfully? Could be just some parts need replacing. You may want to look at upgrading your phone, in saying that, my mother's 9780 has not gotten any problems such as yours. Let us know the steps you taken.
