Blackberry screen all blue after changing LCD and digitiser

I changed my blackberry torch LCD screen and digitiser today after cracking the original one. Before I replaced it only half the screen was working, but at least all colours were fine.

Now after replacing the LCD and digitiser, the colouring is all blue, like a light baby blue with other colours showing incorrectly. Almost like a photo negative.

Any suggestions on a cure?

I've been in options>accessibility>colour contrast and tried selecting normal. This doesnt sort it. By selecting reverse contrast, the colours are closer to what they should be, but still not 100%

Nope. Replace it. Or fix it.

probably you damaged sumn while replacing the touchscreen and the LCD


could be the main ribbon. I dunno
