Howdy all,

I really have searched through the BB site, as well as this site regarding my issue. So if this problem is answered elsewhere, please let me know.

I already understand that there is an Ignore list. My problem is that I cannot find the stupid thing.

From the information posted everywhere, one first goes to the contact list, then presses the BB key, selects options. Somewhere around the middle of the list, one will find Ignored, which one is supposed to edit.

These are the categories that are listed:

List View
Chat View
Backup Management
Recent Updates
Invitations to BBM
Miscellaneous

None of these categories has an Ignored Users, nor anything even close to it. It seems that the likely choice would be "Invitations to BBM". But alas! Nope. The only option under that is "Display Security Question on Invitations".

The Ignore list will only show up if you have a PIN on ignore. If you do not, then it will not appear.

Open BBM>Option>Ignored Contacts is located under 'Chat View'and above 'Recent Updates'
