My wife and daughter both have 9800s and I've found .666 to be the best so far. Great battery life, they are not heavy users, so 3-4 days between charges is not uncommon. Never freeze up, smooth all the way. Link is below, the worst that can happen is you don't like it, and get to load another OS.

those people using .666, do they use pkone only with 2G or combined with 3G? For 3 or even 4 Day battery life.

I had the latest 6.0.0.723 for my Torch and while it was working great, I started to find more and more bugs about it as time went by. I wiped my Torch and loaded 6.0.0.666 and I have to say, so far its been great.

it has atleast 20-25mb more memory than .723 and .666 also seems to be more snappy as far as clicking/opening items.

cant comment so far on Battery life as I've only been using it for a day. charging now, so I'll keep an eye on it.

    hey guys,
quick update.. been using .666 for 2 days now since my last post and sitting at a 1/4 battery life. So far, its been great. Fast, smooth, no momentary hangs like i had with .723

I use my blackberry pretty much all day long. BBM with co-workers, i have my Work e-mail and gmail accounts connected to it and use it sometimes to surf the net.

    Cheers

im using .723 and it ran well at first. now my battery will go from half to a dying red. if my batter isn't at least 75% it will die while im trying to take a picture. its starting to get more and more laggy. does anyone have a link to .666? i would greatly appreciate it.
