Hi everyone, Just got my torch 9800 unlock why bbm do not work my current carrie T-Mobil w/ family plan. no data plan for acces internet . is anyone can help me ?????
( Btw w/ BB torch i can acces to wi-fi )

To use BlackBerry services you must have a BlackBerry Data Plan.

You need to have a BIS plan in order to use BBM. BBM messages go through the BlackBerry servers so you need a BlackBerry data plan to use it.

You have to contact your provider and sign up for one. You can get add on bundles for data or BB bundles that give just BBM and e-mail or Social networking
