    I m using BB TORCH 9800 upto today morning it is working well.while using BB WORLDi have try to install VIBER app.but before completing installation in 50 percent. my mobile is got automattically restarted.And i try to on the mobile but it is automatically rebooting.After tat BB logo only displaying..It automatically restarting not going inside the os itself..Then i try to connect in BB desktop software 7.1 but my mobile is not connecting again the same error ly shwng.help me to solve tis prblm..

    No, it doesn't take a stable connection it just keeps rebooting.

    I have tried the Desktop Software upgrade route but it does not connect long enough to start the upgrade.

    Any other advise?

    Yeah, with a nuked BB...it won't stay connected long enough for that... read the link I posted in my reply to you earlier.. It has detailed instructions that will work (includes a video as well!)

    Note: It's not an upgrade, it's reloading! Take some time and read through it. That's the best advice I can give. Other users with similar problems on legacy OS, including the 9800, used this method with success.

    I don't know if its because I have a different model Blackberry, Blackberry Torch 9800, but this didn't work. When it got the app uploader screen(the step right after plugging in a clicking next real quick), nothing showed up that allowed me to go to the next step. Is there another solution for Torch users that have the reboot loop problem, preferably one that does not involve losing memos, contacts, Music, video files and voice recordings.
