ok i sure hope someone can help me i have a torch 9800 and i have tried to change my bb id password after many attempts i was lock out ...blah blah blah im sure you understand where im going...i need help with it i have wiped my phone change my id updated but not sure if it is the righ os...im at a loss what else can i do my carrier is rogers ,,,called them,,nothing and any info would be greatly appreciated...
