BB Browser issues

Hi All
I am using a Torch 9800 and until yesterday I had full BB service working well. Yesterday evening I started to get "Unable to find the requested server" message when I tried to access the browser. Everything else appears to be working well. Since I hadn't checked the OS lately I connected to the comp and checked that I do have OS 6. I then checked applications and next to Browser it said "required". Nothing to click on to add it or reinstall it. I Then reinstalled OS 6 thinking that it should add it. No still getting the same message. I have contacted my mobile service provider and after three calls and explaining the situation with 6 people - I still don't have BB browser. They inform me that internet services are connected but did reset (so they tell me) my services. I just downloaded Second Tab from BB App World thinking that maybe I could access the internet via a different browser but no luck.
So here I am - can anyone help please?

this sounds more like a problem in BIS ( BB internet service) rather than a problem with the browser. how about emails, or anyother program that requires data connection? do they work?
