Can anyone tell me why my phone keeps turning off even though it has 10% battery left? It used to change the battery symbol to red and the led flashed orange and just before it fully drained it would turn all connections off but now it says drained before it gets to that stage, anyone know why or how to sort it?
Try Re-installing OS! It could be software stuffing up when reading battery levels. But in general you don't lose connections till 5%. Try installinga battery saver app and see if that helps keep the battery alive when you get down to 10%. May also have a dud battery, Crackberry Store has new ones if need be!
