I LOVE my Torch. I however have run into a problem that I cant seem to figure out or fix.

Problem #1. When I sync my BB Torch, I get the following mssg;

"All data was not backed up. Some data is not included in the backup file. Data type, Theme Settings"

Any idea what this means or how it can be fixed??????????

Problem #2. I selected to have my Torch sync with my Outlook program. All the stuff is correct on the Torch but the Calendar on Outlook is blank. I selected to have it sync both ways but have had NO luck. How can I fix this????

As far as your outlook issue I cant say since I dont sync mine with the device.

The other issue is theme settings, assuming your using another theme besides stock. Its usually stuff like hidden icons, stuff in folders, and/or icon layout. Typically not a huge problem, but rather an annoyance cause you have to go through and reset up all your stuff if you ever change themes or reload or upgrade your OS.
