    I had to exchage my Torch yesterday....due to constant reboots and buttons getting loose.

    But now I can't get my BIS email (att.blackberry.net) working. I called AT&T and was on the phone for like 2 hours and they were clueless.

    Has anyone had this same problem or know how to get it working without creating a new email.

    Try going into Setup, Email
    You have to transfer your BIS info to your new device

    nope. mine is working perfectly..
    the difference from my laptop, pressing the SEND TO and getting the alert at my torch for my email @att.blackberry.net is 2 seconds.
    perfectly working here in the New England Area.. even though we have a Hurricane Earl knocking on the door

    Go to Setup, Email Accounts, it will have you login, then tell you that it needs to be transferred

    Nope.....no such option? If I insert my sim card on the bold I do get that option....but not on the torch.

    Log in and click "Change Device" under settings and make sure your current device is listed with the correct PIN.
