Apps that connect to BIS aren't working, everything else ok

Apologies in advance if this has already been discussed, but I can't find anything.

I am using a 9800 on AT&T and yesterday many of my apps stopped working. I thought there must have been a conflict, because I upgraded a bunch of them (BBM, Travel, foursquare) a couple of hours before it happened. So I deleted the apps I upgraded and it didn't help. Now I wiped with BBSAK reinstalled my OS (.706) and restored my phone... no help.

Apps that don't work:
Whatsapp
beweather
dropbox
blackberry travel
socialscope

I don't know what it could be. I am connected to the BIS (icon showing) and have all my service bars. Also, my BBM and internet browser work just fine, along with all of my email.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have you checked the application permissions? Are you sure they are set to allow as necessary?

I did, that wasn't the issue. Two days later, they all started working again. Sorry for wasting your time guys.
