Default Any help would be greatly appreciated

I’m having issues with logging into app world from my phone. The issue is whenever I try to download an app or even access my account from my phone all I get is the “please wait”. I’ve tried numerous methods of correcting this issue.
I’ve tired:
1. Reregistering the device.
2. Deleting and resending the service book associated with the account.
3. Numerous battery pulls.
4. Re-installing App world
I am able to access App World from the web site and download apps.

When I check the event log this is the message that corresponds to my attempts.
existDaemonjava.lang.classnotfoundexception:null

Any suggestions would be great.
