Answering Machine Function?

Hi All!

Is there an app or a function that allows me to send calls to voicemail whilst still being able to hear the message as it is being recorded? I receive around 100 calls a day and can't take them all. At the same time it's terribly slow to go through all the voice mails after. Also, if one of the calls is an emergency, I can listen to the message and decide whether or not to take it - like a home answering machine.

Any ideas?? Thanks!
